Emem is the CEO and founder of Emsikiz, formerly known as Black Elegance. 

 Although Emem has her Bachelor's degree in Project Management Technology, started her career out in Nigeria as a trainee Project manager to a marine fleet supervisor, fleet manager and later to supporting Microsoft Products in the U.S as MS D365 Administrator/Citizen Developer. 
Emem's quest to regrow bald spots on her edges, led to the birth of our first formula growth oil. 'Forest Growth Oil' also known as FGO.

Prior to producing FGO, Emem had tried several hair growth products but wasn't getting the desired result and it seemed as if her hair growth was stunted.
The thirst for a full head of hair drove Emem to an intensive research, ranging from taking online medical courses to understand the science of hair growth, to interviewing doctors and pharmacist and lot more.

In 2016, she gathered a group of women that also had same thirst to regrow their hair, shared her hair DIY recipes weekly with them on her BBM Channel, she noticed the rapid growth of the channel to over 900 ladies in few months, most ladies sent her before and after photos, loving the result, with an overwhelming request to bottle and sell her awesome recipes. 

Emem's passion is helping women grow back their hair and restore their confidence.

With the help of Forest Growth Oil, her first daughter was able to also double her genetic growth pace, grew her hair to tailbone length at only 3 years of age, yes our African type 4 hair can grow super long too with the right care. Always remember that moisture is the KEY to length retention. 

Her second Princess was born with lots of hair, but few months later she was almost bald around the parameters of her head. 

FGO is all natural and safe for kids, with the help of FGO little Snow’s hair gradually turned into a gorgeous forest. 

And our CEO? within the first month of consistently massaging her scalp with FGO, Emem 

noticed tremendous growth, her bald spots was replaced with beautiful thick hair, in about a year the gorgeous forest on her head can be referred to as 'The View'.

With the focus always on health, Emem constantly puts in conscientious effort in ensuring that all her products improves the overall health of the hair, while beautifying her Royal customers. 

July 2020, we changed our business name from Black Elegance to Emsikiz. Got a new website domain www.emsikiz.com a new email domain sales@emsikiz.com Rebranded, new logo, new Forest Growth Oil label. Working tirelessly to launch 7 new products. Rejuvenate Hair Growth Serum and Moisturizing hair Butter coming this August 2020.
