SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

Shipping

All products ship from Tomball Texas, USA.

We ship worldwide. 


Please allow up to 3-7 business days days to receive your order for all US shipment.

Please allow up to 7-20 business days to receive your order for international shipment.


*USPS & UPS are delayed longer than normal due to the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic.

Normally Intl orders deliver within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS and local orders deliver within 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS but Depending on Demand and Flash Sales, some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal. 


Shipping Transit Times 

Ø All standard shipping orders (Local & International) have a processing time in addition to the carrier transit times.   

Ø If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your order processing time starts on the following Monday- Tuesday.


Customers Responsibilities

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. 

We Implore you, dear valued Customer to please make an attempt to check your address before submitting your order. 

We cannot guarantee that requests to update shipping address will be processed.  


If your order was shipped to an incorrect or invalid address, we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to us..  

You will be responsible for any additional shipping cost, if Emsikiz re-ship your order.

Missing Packages

If delivery was confirmed for your package by the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier company. Please check for missing packages with the carrier company, file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. Be sure to note your claim number upon contacting us. 


If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more.  

Please contact us at sales@emsikiz.com so that we can file a claim on your behalf and send a replacement to you.  

If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days or more.

Please contact us at sales@emsikiz.com so that we can submit a claim to replace your order.

Stolen Packages

Emsikiz is not responsible for stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. 

Upon inquiry, Emsikiz will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 


Return Policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


We are very appreciative of your purchase with us at emsikiz.com. Thank you!

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. 

If your order has not shipped, we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. 

We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.


However, in unique cases of damaged products by the carrier company – NO FAULT of the Customer please contact us at sales@emsikiz.com 


Emsikiz is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input a code for promotions.

Yes, once your order has left the processing window and has shipped, you will be notified by email that your order has shipped with a tracking number.   


  • Do you ever offer free shipping?


Yes, we offer free shipping as promotion. Free shipping most times will come with a promo code.
